The Team Manager...
The day to day operation of our office is the
responsibility of Mary Alice, our Team Manager. She is the hub around which all
revolves. Mary Alice supervises not only the business operations of the office, but she is
involved in patient services as well. Of course, providing the best and most efficient
office procedures is one of her goals, but her leadership is the cloak which brings a
highly trained and diverse staff together as a team.
Mary Alice sees to it that procurement of incoming supplies and
services are up-to-date and on time; that billing is
current and accurate; that personnel are courteous, knowledgeable and qualified; that
scheduling is prompt and as patient oriented as possible and above all, she sees to it
that our patients are made to feel that they are the most important patients in the world.
If any patient question in policy or procedures
arises, our Team Manager will consult with the Doctor and those staff members involved and
will try to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of all.
